iPhoneの最大望遠で写した夜明け前のガラタ塔。解像度はともかくスマホのカメラでもブレずに写るのが凄い。
アドさん... いつも約束した数分前には必ずやってきて待っててくれるのが判ったので，約束した6時半の15分前にはチェックアウトを終えてホテルのロビーで待っていたら，やっぱり10分前くらいにやってきました。帰りは火曜日の早朝ですが，まだ7時前なので道はガラガラ。また来月に同じく5泊しに来るから送迎よろしくね。でもお土産なんて考えなくていいからね。って話をしながら，あっという間に空港へ到着。最後にがっしりハグして別れました。
空港テロ以降，今まで以上に厳しくなった荷物検査をくぐってからチェックインカウンターへ。そして出国審査後にまたセキュリティチェックを受けて，ようやっと免税店がいっぱいある領域へ到達できます。
復路もトルコ航空でフランクフルトまで飛ぶから，トルコ航空のCIPラウンジへ入場。
朝から『突撃・撃沈軍団』が行列してて辟易。TK便のチケットで UA*G って刷ってあるから行列に並ばずに，直接オートゲートに行ってバーコードをかざしたら無問題でスッとゲートが開きました。プチ優越感で入場♪
ここ... 階下が穴場なのが判明したので，エレベーターで下のフロアへ向かいました。
この階段をカバンぶら下げて降りたら，目が廻りそうです...。
階下も上階と同じようなアリの穴みたいなモグラの穴みたいな，丸っこいデザイン...。
けっこうヒトがいるけど上階に比べたらまだマシです。
空席に荷物を置いて... こっちのフロアにはバリスタがいてエスプレッソマシンがあるんだよ。
淹れたてのコーヒーとなったら，やっぱり朝は行列だよね...。めげずに並びましょう。
あ，その前に少しおつまみ収穫... って，朝からケーキがどっさりあるよ！
甘党なので，これは見逃せませんでした...。
さらに隣には違う風味の熱々なブレッドプディング（シュトゥルーデルって書いてあるｗ）が３種類も！？
「いちばん売れ行きがいいのがいちばん美味しいの法則」を信じて，手前のやつを奪取♪
ケーキを大皿でもらって持ったまんま，バリスタ前の行列に並んで... あまりにも列が伸びてきてバリスタさんが２名になりました。結果，凄い勢いで効率良くコーヒーが点てられていきます...。
無事にカプチーノをもらって，ケーキはこんな感じ。フルーツが乗っているのはトルコ風ヨーグルトのムースでヘルシー（だと自己暗示ｗ）です。ブレッドプディングは予想通りに美味。ベリーが載ったプチケーキもいけてました。
機内でもあさごはんが出るだろうから欲張らず，あとはウォールストリートジャーナルをダウンロード。
以前と違って，Wi-Fi はこのキオスクに搭乗券をかざしてパスワードをもらう方式に変更されました。
アクセスポイントへ接続すると，ログイン画面が出てきました...。
スピードテストは忘れたけど，ダウンロードはあんまり速くなかった。
WSJ電子版を更新後，歩いて10分はかかりそうに遠い搭乗ゲートへ向かいました。

According to your examination, we can entitle it the most excellent C class lounge on the planet, can’t we ?
It’s stretching over double entire levels of a multistory building and giving prominence to abundant facilities that can be found only in the world’s best F class lounges.
BTW, who can come into the lounge ?
As far as I know, lounge permission to enter is allowed for each Star Alliance Gold affiliate, persons who ride in Star Alliance C class, and TK’s Elite members, right ?
Furthermore, if I belonged to a United Club and were flying on each Star Alliance flight away from IST, I would be granted admission.
Is it all right ?
The lounge appears to be really well-known and very busy at almost all times of day.
Is it accessible 24/7 to help TK’s continual workings ?
And a lot of delicious food !
Doubtlessly, I could miss my hotel’s first meal of the day (lol).
Moreover, a barista is ready to create coffee brews of my selection and the sweet treat platters are captivating.
Also I couldn’t forget to test the many just-produced liquids squeezed from fruit available.
The TK International CIP Lounge is worth a lengthened transit in IST, isn’t it ?

DeleteFirst of all, I have to tell you a bad news. This TK CIP Lounge will be closing by this year, or the entire Ataturk airport will be closed for passenger flights, turns into cargo only airport by the end of 2018 if the plan doesn’t delay.
Instead, the world’s largest airport IGA (Istanbul Grand Airport) will be opening by then. I will definitely report the new CIP Lounge at IGA on my first trip to there. (Though my flight in mid December 2018 will be by KLM...)
The current CIP Lounge at IST, eligible guests are: elite members of Miles&Smiles (lol), star-gold members who flies internationally, United Club members who is connecting to UA flights, C/F class passengers on Star Alliance, etc.
The Lounge is not 24/7 due to my understanding. There is a short closing time in small hours for maintenance and cleaning.
However, for those who got a long layover at IST, in-terminal hotel (charges may apply) is available as well as the light-napping quiet zones in CIP Lounge.
I always back to IST early. Because the security check became incredibly strict (3 times to the boarding gates), but killing time at this lounge is the fun part. Every time I enter this lounge, I can find something new, like cakes and strudels I found on this article.
I will be there next Tuesday morning again, so let me explore to find another new item. ;)
