Well, this is Southern Hemisph...Best Denki sensei,<br /><br />Well, this is Southern Hemisphere so the season is opposite to US or Japan. Milk fed lamb is available in late spring France, therefore it is a bit too late here in Argentina in late summer, but it’s a lamb anyway. Furthermore, milk feds are a bit too tiny for sweetbreads, I think.<br /><br />I also ate figs at the steakhouse, where will be shown here soon. Just one thing the fig variety wasn’t my most favorite. I love the French black fig the best, but those were green-ish figs. Tasted good though.<br /><br />My biggest surprise this time was their newly added cafe/take away corner. Soon many items are available to go so I have tried some quiches and those didn’t betray my expectation.
