The skewers are certainly traditional Yakitori but the flavors the Chef arranged are tremendously exquisite and splendid. As per I wrote, I was bit skeptical about the kimchi flavored one, but the actual skewer was just a right amount of additional spices and flavors.

I checked with madam whether the charcoal is Bincho-tan but she said it’s local. It works quite well though.

Sensei maybe know that US chickens are not carefully processed like Japanese ones hence the meats have risks of contaminations by microbes. At this restaurant, they do know those risks and appropriately taken care of. Therefore, this is a genuine Japanese Yakitori restaurant firstly opened in B.A. or SudAmerica.

Not only for the skewers but onigiris (lol) and desserts are being enchanting their customers too. Next time I will definitely try their Matcha Parfait though madam’s homemade Matcha flan tastes fabulous.

In B.A., I gotta too many “must go” restaurants already, but my staying period is always limited, which is very pity indeed.obaKobahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05520586031308040420noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9030843786433538220.post-27489861680089318672018-05-14T17:29:36.449-07:002018-05-14T17:29:36.449-07:00obaKoba-sann,
