Singapore 2018 Jan (8)

  1. obaKoba-sann,

Bali Thai’s list from which to choose must be carefully facilitated to advertise the most excellent in Thai/Indonesian eating out.
Except for the Thai’s extremely well-known main part of meal, Chicken Satay, they seem to offer all variations of Curry as you also enjoyed, and that will make you return for extra.

You can ease yourself in the superlative mixture of Thai/Indonesian dishes in sole location !

    1. Best Denki sensei,

At that night, I was looking for a quick supper because I would have to get up in early morning and it was raining outside. I primarily planned to go to Hokkaido Ramen noodle bar in the same building of Hotel Indigo, but unfortunately they were closed yet.

Then, the worst case scenario would be the food court in 112 Katong Complex I expected, and started seeking from a restaurant which rings my bell. The, what I found was the restaurant serving Indonesian-Thailand fusion meals. I never been to Thailand but Indonesia, and those ethnic foods are not too bad and it must be super clean, protected because it’s in Singapore, I thought.

The satay skewers are relatively expensive but taste good. I loved they served with their satay with dice cut pineapples. Also, the customizable noodles are the fun and yummy if you chose the right construction. I may be coming back here if the weather is miserable or I don’t walk further than next building.
